General Return Policy
You may return the 2-disc DVD Learning Series and companion book in their original and new condition. Full credit will be issued for unopened DVDs and books returned within 10 days of your receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.

How to Return an Item
Please send an e-mail to orders@seotrainingproducts.com and request a return authorization code. DVDs and books must in new and unopened condition to receive a full refund.

Refunds
